All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We currently deliver only within India.

  • Domestic Delivery (India): 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Reemora may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on the Website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this information to track your order status.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery fails after multiple attempts by the courier partner, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We take utmost care in packing your orders. However, if you receive a damaged item, incorrect item, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
